Purpose
Deepen Your Practice:
The Vajra Gathering with Tea is a unique and sacred space where practitioners come together to nourish their practice, cultivate wisdom, receive blessings and dispel obstacles, and deepen their connection with the community. Inspired by the spirit of Vajrayana Buddhism, this gathering offers a serene and supportive environment for practitioners to share their insights, ask questions, and engage in meaningful dialogue. It also combines the mindful simplicity of the Tea Offering to the Dharma Protectors, including Palden Lhamo, Mahakala, Vajrayogini, and Citipati.
Cultivate Spiritual Connection and Community:
At the heart of this gathering is the intention to honor the teachings of the lineage, cultivate harmony, and foster a deeper connection with ourselves, each other on the same path, and the path. It is a time to pause, reflect, and renew our commitment to the journey of awakening. We dedicate ourselves for the sake of all beings, for protecting the wellness of ourselves, others, and world peace.
Heartfelt Practice for the World Peace
Dakini’s Whisper began this practice when the war in Ukraine broke out, driven by a deep sense of universal spiritual responsibility for the happiness of all beings. As we approach the end of 2024, it may seem as if suffering in the world is unending. Yet, with courage and altruistic intention, our bodhisattva spirit propels us forward amidst the chaos, dedicated to the welfare of others. The Vajra Gathering with Tea Offering and the Vajrayogini Eight-Line Praise are heartfelt expressions of this commitment.
Taking Refuge in the Sangha
The Dharma journey can sometimes feel lonely, but you don’t have to walk alone. Under the Buddha’s lotus feet, a blessed fellowship is created to support and enrich your practice. Uniquely at Dakini's Whisper, our global Sangha transcends time and space. This interconnected journey—yours and mine—is a precious path we walk together.
