This manual is primarily to be used for the Chö retreat of Prajñâpâramitâ and the Machik Five Dâkinîs according to the Ear-Whispered Lineages of the Mount of Bliss and Machik Dakini. This retreat is called “the Preliminaries for the Sacred Chö Practice”, a pre-requisite for the advanced Chö practices of the Dâkinî Ear-Whispered Lineage.
