which will be laid out systematically and sequentially!

LEARN a series of the Tibetan yogic practices, Trul-Khor (Magical Movements),

Pranayama (breathwork) and Tsa-lung (Psychic Energy Pathways and Energy Wind) exercises

as well as an experiential understanding of

the Five psychic energy-winds, Five energy-centers, and the Five elements!

EXPERIENCE the returning and awakening of the source within,

your own radiance, inner beauty, and health

as being this unlimited capacity or potential for open-heartedness!

 

Tibetan Yoga Training

The Tibetan yogic practices called Trul-Khor (Magical Movements) based on the Tsa-lung (Psychic Energy Pathways and Psychic Energy Wind) system have been developed to assist yogis and yoginis' realization of their true nature in meditation. It is an enlivening practice, designed to uncoil the knots in our energy system and open the energy flows of the body that lead ultimately to the realization of true nature. As part of Dakini's Whisper Subtle Body Training, we will move into the subtler and deeper realm of the body of intelligence & love by exploring the internal reality of these exercises. 

Integrated Buddhist Tantric Practice

Fully rooted in the ancient Tantric tradition, each class assists you in connecting with the inner experience of the internal, emotional, and psychological, as well as physical body sensations and subtle body alchemical transformation. The Five-week series is designed to support spiritual practitioners and those living in modernity to integrate spiritual psychology and advanced Vajrayana into a skillful practice for balancing body, heart, mind, and awareness. 

Yogic Exercises for Modern Life

Considering its tremendous benefits and applicability to our modern life, this series is introduced as a set of yogic exercises that brings meditation and movement together. It has been used for centuries to

 

  • dissolve anxiety and stress

  • support physical, mental, and emotional well-being, health, and vibrancy

  • enhance natural confidence, fearlessness, and strength from within 

  • develop attention and mindfulness, clarity

  • bring vitality, energy, mental flexibility, and relaxation 

  • help meditation to become deeper and more profound

  • ultimately guide you to an authentic deep spiritual transformation

Registration

This series is open to all levels of physical ability. However, please notify us if there is any specific physical or mental condition of which we may need to be aware. Please do not eat one hour before the class. 

Please register in advance by completing the form below. If there is supplementary material for a class, you will receive these as well as a Zoom Meeting invitation at least one hour before the session begins.
